MAP: dm_impossiblegrid

School's out for me, and it seems I've a lot of time on my hands for this summer vacation. For example, I've been working on this Half-Life 2: Deathmatch map for a long time, thinking of ways to make it funny and frustrating during the game play. I came up with the title, "Impossible Grid" due to the many traps I've laid out for you.

They're are many hidden traps in this deceiving map, and each step could be your last. Many traps include:
- Thunder
- Trapdoors
- A Block door
- A Huge Crusher
- Spawnkilling Protection
- Static

Of course, these are the general traps. But I've added a twist into the map.
ROLL THE DICE
Unfortunately, it's not shaped as a dice, as of June 18, 2009. Maybe I'll shape it as a dice later. Activate it by using any kind of explosive against it.
The traps of RTD is as follows:
- Implosion
- Deep Fog
- Headcrabs
- Spawning Explosive Barrels
- Ineffectiveness of Explosive Damage
- WATCH YOUR STEP
- Enabling Spawnkilling
- Viewpunch
- The Way the World Ends (NOTE: This is EXTREMELY RARE!!!)

= Very Dangerous
BUT there are some good things that come out of this as well.
Such as:
- Disabling the Crusher
- Regeneration of HP
- Spawnkilling enabled for a team
- Insta-Kill for a team
- Fatal Fall Damage disabled. (This will allow you to get to an easter egg!!! )
(That's it! Sorry, I can't accept anymore ideas.)

For full satisfaction, I recommend you play this in HL2:DM. Any other program would have something missing in the map even if you tried.

With enough ideas, I will most likely release the map, but at this state right now, It seems not to have the it needs for a good release.

In "The Way The World Ends" , I'll be adding music to the trap. I'm leaving it up to you guys to decide what the music should be. These are the choices:
A. Halo Theme Mjoiner Mix - Halo OST
B. Spiral Madness - Sonic Riders Zero Gravity (I find it strangely amusing)
C. Dead In Ten - Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
D. Airlift (Deploy) - Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare

KNOWN BUGS:
- You die due to players spawning near you
- Too many explosions affecting the RTD can produce side effects, such as crashing.

These might be fixed, but I don't know.
